I want to take a moment to inform you of an upcoming adjustment to Cable ONE's
cable television rate structure.
Effective with the March 2013 billing period, our video rate will increase by $4 per month
and our Digital Value Pack (DVP) will increase by $2 per month. Current customers who
are on a promotional or contract rate are excluded from this increase during the term
of their agreement or promotion. Customers will be notified of this change in their
February 2013 billing notice.
At Cable ONE, we are committed to providing our customers with the best N
programming at a reasonable price and we make every effort to minimize costs.
However, programming, our most expensive cost, has gone up more than 40 percent in
the last three years. As a result, we must adjust our rates so that we can continue to
deliver quality cable programming to our customers. I have also included with this
letter, a channel change/move notification. We will be relocating CW and QVC to
different channel locations on March 4, 2013, as well as adding CW in high definition in
the near future.
We value our partnership with city of McCall and we will continue to provide our
customers with the latest products and technical advancements, while maintaining the
highest level of reliability and customer care. We recognize that we have a
responsibility to our customers and the communities where we do business, and we will
continue to ensure that we are the kind of company that our communities are proud to
call a neighbor.
