A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LYNWOOD
APPROVING AN APPROPRIATION OF $229,576 FOR LE SAGE
STREET AND WATER MAIN UPGRADE PROJECT (CIP NO.
4011.68.051) AND REDUCTION OF THE BUDGET FOR THE PEACH
STREET IMPROVEMENT PROJECT (CIP NO. 4011.68.044) BY$229,576
WHEREAS, the Peach Street Improvement Project (CIP No. 4011.68.044) and Le
Sage Street and Water Main Upgrade (CIP No. 4011.68.051) were awarded on August
08, 2019; and
WHEREAS, when reviewing the budget for each street improvement project, staff
noticed that the fund amounts allocated for Peach and Le Sage projects were incorrect
and had inadvertently been transposed; and
WHEREAS, budget modifications for Le Sage Street Improvement and Peach
Street Improvement are requested.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LYNWOOD DOES
HEREBY FIND, PROCLAIM, ORDER, AND RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the City Council of the City of Lynwood approves the appropriation
of$229,576 for Le Sage Street and Water Improvement CIP 4011.68.051 and reduction
of the budget for Peach Street Improvement CIP 4011.68.044 by $229,576.
Section 2. The City Council approves the following appropriation and budget
adjustments as follows:

Section 4. This resolution shall take effect immediately upon its adoption.
Section 5. The City Clerk shall certify as to the adoption of this City Council
Resolution.
PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council
of the City of Lynwood, California, this 21st day of January 2020.
