ORDINANCE NO. 74 -393
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY CHANGING
THE ZONE OF CERTAIN PROPERTIES FROM R -1 AND RPD'.
(74 -419) TO RPD (74 -424)
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY DOES ORDAIN:
SECTION 1. Pursuant. to Resolution No. 74- 580PC, and pursuant
to the Planning Law of the State of California and the Zoning Ordi-
nances of this City, and after consideration of the Environmental.
Impact Report as required by the Environmental Quality Act of the
State of California, the Zoning Code and the Zone Map of the City
of Temple City are hereby amended to change the zone of the follow-
ing described properties from R -1 and RPD (74 -419) to RPD (74 -424)
and the provisional plan, marked Exhibits "A ", "D ", "D-1", "D -2"
and "D -3" attached to Resolution No. 74- 580PC, are approved and
merged into said zone pursuant to Section 9435 of the Temple City
Zoning Code:
That certain real property located at 10034 and
10040 East Olive Street, on the south side of
Olive Street, and 5204 North Baldwin Avenue
through 5312 North Baldwin Avenue, on the east
side of North Baldwin Avenue, and 10017 through
10031 East Green Street, on the north side of
East Green Street, the vacant lot westerly of
5301 North Zadell Avenue, and approximately the
westerly half of 5311 through 5325 North Zadell
Avenue, on the west side of North Zadell Avenue
in the City of Temple City, County of Los Angeles,
State of California, more particularly described as:
Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, the southerly 70 feet of Lots 8
and 9, and the westerly 170 feet of Lots 12, 13, 14
and 15, Tract No. 10558, Book 178, pp. 4 and 5, and
Parcels 20, 21, 22, 23, 24, 25 and 26, Portion of
Lot No. 45, E. J. Baldwin's addition No 1 to Santa
Anita Colony, Book 52, page 60 of Maps in the Office
of the County Recorder, County of Los Angeles, State
of California.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk of the City of Temple City shall
certify to the passage and adoption of this Ordinance and to its
approval by the Mayor and shall cause the same to be published in
the Temple City Times, a newspaper of general circulation, printed,
published and circulated in the City of Temple City.

October , 1974, and was duly passed, approved and adopted
by said Council, approved and signed by the Mayor and attested by the.
City Clerk at a regular meeting of the said City Council held on the
15th day of October , 1974, by the following vote:
