The Board of Public Works and Safety of the City of Richmond, Indiana, did not meet at 5:00
P.M., Thursday, February 1, 2007, in the Community Room at the Municipal Building, 50 North
5th Street, Richmond, Indiana. There was no meeting because the agenda item was pulled by
request of the Law Department. Since there were no other agenda items the meeting was
cancelled.
