AN ORDINANCE7OF 'THE- CITY -OF 'TEMPLE CITY
• EXTENDING-INTERIWORDINANCE.- NO, 74-392
•THE- CITY • COUNCIL OF THE:CITY OF 'TEMPLE -CITY -DOES ORDAIN:
SECTION 1. Pursuant to the-provisions of Section 65858 of
the- Governm-ent Code of the State of-California-, and following a
public hearing held-with--respect- thereto- in the-manner provided
by law-,- -City Council does - h-ereby extend- Ordinance- 74-- 392 for an
addition-al period-of 240 days
SECTION 2. The City -Clerk of the City- of- Temple-City shall
certify .to_ the, pas-sage =an-d- a-dop-tion -of-this- Ordin.ance as an
urgency -o-rdinan-ce- anti 'to -its -approva-1---by- the- Mayor_ and shall cause
the same -to be published—in- the- Temrrl-e- City Times ; a newspaper of
'general circulation, -p-rint-e-d-,- published -and- circulated in the City
of Temple City.
APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 7th- day of January, 1975.
