The Common Council of the City of Richmond, Indiana held a meeting of the Committee of the Whole
Monday, October 10, 2005, in the Council Chambers in said City. Council President Bruce Wissel
presided with the following Council members present: Howard "Jack" Elstro, Larry Parker, Bing Welch, Al
Glover and Gil Klose. Absent were Etta J. Lundy and Karl Sharp.

Ordinance No. 68 -2005 - A GENERAL ORDINANCE ADDING A NEW CHAPTER 59.1 TO THE CITY
OF RICHMOND CODE
CALL FOR ADJOURNMENT
The meeting was adjourned at 8:30 P.M.
