Hovnanian Developments of Illinois and as recommended for approval by Village staff.
3) TEXT AMENDMENTS TO CHAPTER 2.5 OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE
a) Seeking a motion to open a Public Hearing to consider a text amendment to modify
Chapter 2.5 of the Municipal Code by adopting the 2015 International Building Code
with modifications.
b) Seeking a motion to close the Public Hearing and return to the regular business meeting.
c) Seeking Board consideration of a motion to adopt Ordinance No. , amending Chapter
2.5 of the Municipal Code.
