Seeking a motion to approve the minutes of the October 15, 2015 meeting as
presented. Voice vote.
F) FINANCIAL REPORT 1) Financial Reports presented by Lauterbach & Amen.
2) Seeking a motion to approve the financial reports as presented. Roll call
vote. 3) Seeking a motion to approve Bills Paid as listed. Roll call vote. 4) Seeking a motion to approve the Annual Pension Benefit Increase for 2016 (COLA).
G) CONSIDERATION OF AND ACTION UPON APPLICANTS FOR ADMISSION TO AND/OR WITHDRAWAL OF MEMBERS FROM FUND H) UNFINISHED BUSINESS – Annual Medical reports received on disability
beneficiaries Andrew Grod and Glen Sandmire. Reports have been filed.

I) NEW BUSINESS 1) Investment Performance Report presented by Tom Sawyer and John Falduto.
2) Seeking a motion to accept the Investment Performance Report as presented.
Roll call vote. 3) Review and update Investment Policy 4) Elections will be held in April 18, 2016. The election will be for one trustee to be selected by the membership. Rich Meszaros is currently in that position.
Steve Cousins is up for reappointment by the Mayor of the Village of
Plainfield. Reappointments are announced at a Village of Plainfield Board meeting in April. New terms begin on the 2nd Tuesday of the first May after the election which will be May 10, 2016. 5) Continuing Education completed by Pres. Cook, Sec. Meszaros and Trustee
Fisher during the October IPPFA Conference.
6) Proposal by L&A on providing Pension Services Administration 7) Status / possible vote on pension buy-back for Casey Sester J) ATTORNEY REPORT – Conduct review of closed meeting minutes
K) CLOSED SESSION L) AJOURNMENT – Seeking a motion to adjourn.
