1) DISCUSSION AND DIRECTION REGARDING POTENTIAL ZONING CODE
MODIFICATIONS
Staff welcomes the opportunity for an open discussion and consensus-building regarding a
variety of potential changes to the Zoning Code that have been proposed in recent months.
Topics may include signage, landscaping, buffering between commercial and residential uses,
regulation of various uses as special uses, and other topics as identified by staff.
