The Council of the Village of Medina met in special session on
Feb. 25, 1974 at 7:43 P. M.

Moved by Tom Stevens that we approve Resolution No. 74-A. Resolution
of agreement between the Hennepin County Park Reserve District and
the Village of Medina regarding Morris T. Baker Park Reserve.
(Said resolution attached hereto.)
Seconded by Bob Franklin -
Moved by Bob Franklin that the next to the last paragraph, Page 2
after the words "in Medina" strike the words "of three" and substitute
the phrase "and presently consisting of 10".

Council members polled as follows: Don DesLauriers-yes, Tom Stevens -yes,
