RESOLUTION NO. 1 -2010
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING PAYMENT TO O. W. KROHN AND
ASSOCIATES, LLP, FOR PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
WHEREAS, The Board of Stormwater Management of the Richmond Department of
Stormwater Management has utilized the services of O. W. Krohn and
Associates, LLP, 231 East Main Street, Westfield, Indiana 46074, for
professional services for projects for the Richmond Stormwater
Management District, but the Board of Stormwater Management has not
yet paid for some of the services rendered by O.W. Krohn and Associates,
LLP; and
WHEREAS, The Board of Stormwater Management has received statements from
O.W. Krohn and Associates, LLP, Indiana for professional consulting
services for the following time periods and the following amounts:
July 31, 2006
$4,900.00
August 31, 2006
$2,200.00
November 30, 2006
$1,633.75
March 31, 2007
$3,250.00
April 1 through November 30, 2007
$1,328.75
$13,312.50
That attached to this resolution are invoices for the dates and amounts set
forth above, along with a March 15, 2007 letter from O. W. Krohn,
Executive Partner of O.W. Krohn and Associates, LLP, to Robert Tyler,
then District Director of the Richmond Sanitary District, setting forth the
background for these invoices.
WHEREAS, The invoices attached to this Resolution, totaling $13,312.50 were
incurred at the request of, on behalf of, the Board of Stormwater
Management and the Richmond Department of Stormwater Management,
but these invoices remain unpaid and are due and owing to O. W. Krohn
and Associates, LLP.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Stormwater Management of
the Richmond Department of Stormwater Management, that said Board authorizes the
payment to O.W. Krohn and Associates, LLP, 231 East Main Street, Westfield, IN
46074 of $13,312.50 for professional consulting services rendered to the Richmond

Department of Stormwater Management for the time periods from July 31, 2006 through
November 30, 2007.
Passed and Adopted this _ th day of January, 2010, by the Board of Stormwater
Management of the Richmond Department of Stormwater Management of the City of
Richmond, Indiana.
