THE CITY OF RICHMOND, INDIANA, TUESDAY, JANUARY 2, 2007
The Common Council of the City of Richmond, Indiana met prior to the regular session
Tuesday, January 2, 2007, in the Council Chambers in said City. President Karl Sharp presided
with the following Councilors present: Howard "Jack" Elstro, Etta Lundy, Bruce Wissel, Karl
Sharp, Larry Parker, Al Glover, Gil Klose and Diana Pappin. The following business was
conducted:
ELECTION OF OFFICERS
President Sharp opened the floor for nominations for offices of President and Vice President of
the Common Council for 2007.
Councilor Welch moved to nominate Councilor Pappin as President with a second by Councilor
Parker. Upon a vote viva voce, the motion passed.
Councilor Parker moved to nominate Councilor Wissel as Vice President with a second by
Councilor Welch. Upon a vote viva voce, the motion passed.
CALL FOR ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business, on a motion duly made, seconded and passed, the meeting
was adjourned.
