An executive session of the Board of Public Works and Safety of the City of Richmond
will be held on Thursday, May 30, 2013 at 4:45 P.M. in the Law Department Conference
Room located on the Third Floor of Richmond City Building, 50 North 51h Street,
Richmond, Indiana.
The general substance of the matter to be discussed and/or proposed is as follows:
For discussion of strategy with respect to the initiation of litigation or
litigation that is either pending or has been threatened specifically in
writing.
