Savannah Beach, Tybee Island, Ga.
October 3, 1963.
A Special Meeting was held today at 3 P.M. in the Council Room and was attended
by Mayor Brown, who presided, and Councilmen Hosti, Fleetwood, Powers, Lovell,
Waters and Town Attorney Solms.
The meeting was called for the purpose of discussing the proposed new Charter of
the Town.,
The proposed new Charter was read and several changes were made and Councilman
Fleetwood moved that a Resolution be adopted submitting it to the Local Legislators
requesting its passage at the next session of the'Georgia Legislature, seconded, passed.
There being no further business Council adjourned subject to the call of the Mayor.
