ORDINANCE NO. 75 -415
AN ORDINANCE. OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY
AMENDING SECTION 9296 OF THE TEMPLE CITY
MUNICIPAL CODE.RELATING TO OFF - STREET
• PARKING SPACE DIMENSIONS
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY DOES ORDAIN
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That subparagraph 1 of Section 9296 of the
Temple City Municipal Code is hereby amended to read as follows:
"1. Size. Each off - street parking space, other
than a parallel parking space, shall be at least twenty
feet (20') in length . and at least nine feet, (9') in width
for customer parking or eight and one-half .feet (8 1/2')
in width for designated employee parking. Each off- street
parallel parking space shall be at least eight feet (8')
in width and at least twenty-four feet (24') in length.
All off- street parking spaces shall be provided with ade-
quate ingress and egress."
SECTION 2. ' The City Clerk shall certify, to the adoption
of this Ordinance.
