OF BOARD OF PUBLIC WORKS AND SAFETY
May 30, 2013
The Board of Public Works and Safety met in Executive Session on Thursday, May 30, 2013, in the
Law Conference Room at the Municipal Building, 50 North 5th Street, Richmond, Indiana. President
Vicki Robinson called the Executive Session to order at 4:45 p.m.
Members present were Vicki Robinson, Dian Lawson and Tony Foster. Also present was City
Attorney Walter S. Chidester.
The general substance of the matter discussed was discussion of strategy with respect to the initiation
of litigation or litigation that is either pending or has been threatened specifically in writing. Indiana
Code 5- 14- 1.5 -6.1 (b) (2) (B)
This is to certify that no subject matter was discussed in the executive session other than the subject
matter specified in the public notice.
It is additionally certified that no votes or final actions were taken or conducted in the Executive
Session.
