An Ordinance annexing certain land in and to the City of
Bel Aire, Sedgwick County, Kansas in conformity with K.S.A. 12-519
et. seg. as ammended.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Governing Body of the
City of Bel Aire, Sedgwick County, Kansas:

SECTION 1:
The following described land, to-wit:
The East one-half (E~) of the Southeast one-
quarter (SE~) of Section 25~ Township 26S, Range IE,
South of the railroad except the East 673 feet,
Sedgwick County, Kansas
is hereby annexed to and made a part of the City of Bel Aire,
Sedgwick County, Kansas, in conformity with K.S.A. 12-519 et. seg.
as amended.
SECTION 2; This Ordinance shall take effect and be in
force from and after its publication in the official city
newspaper.
SECTION 3: Upon the passage and publication of this
Ordinance the City Clerk shall file a certified copy of this
Ordinance with the County Clerk, the Register of Deeds and the
County Election Commissioner of Sedgwick County, Kansas.
