WHEREAS, The Board of Sanitary Commissioners of the Richmond Sanitary District passed an
annual budget for calendar year 2013 on October 9th, 2012 and,
WHEREAS, it has been determined it is now necessary to appropriate additional sums of money to
certain funds.
NOW THEREFORE, be it resolved by the Board of Sanitary Commissioners of the Richmond
Sanitary District that the additional appropriations are hereby approved for the funds as
indicated:
New Paris Pike Landfill $109,111.00
APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 9th day of July 2013.
