ORDINANCE NO. 71 -1
AN ORDINANCE OF THE TAT OF GULF STREAM, FLORIDA,
ADOPTING BY REFERENCE THE "FLORIDA MODEL TRAFFIC
ORDINANCE" AS SET FORTH IN CHAPTER 186, FLORIDA
STATUTES 1969,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE T%?N CCWISS ION OF THE Tat N OF
GULF STREAM, FLORIDA
Section 1. The provisions of "Florida M*del Traffic
Ordinance" as set forth in Chapter 186, Florida Statutes, 1969,
are hereby adopted in full.
Section 2. The Town Clerk: shall certify to the
passage of this ordinance and shall cause the same to he
certified for adoption by reference as provided by law.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and
be in force from and after its approval as required by law.
