AUTHORIZING THE WAIVER OF APPLICATION FEES FOR THE
CARTERET BOARD OF EDUCATION
WHEREAS, the Carteret Board of Education has previously made application to
the Carteret Zoning Board of Adjustment with regard to the development of the
Nathan Hale School; and
WHEREAS, the Board of Education has been requested to post certain
application fees in conjunction with the review of the above described
application; and
WHEREAS, the Governing Body has been advised by the Borough Attorney that
the waiver of said application fees is appropriate.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Council of the
Borough of Carteret, County of Middlesex, State of New Jersey that the $200.00
application fees required from the Carteret Board of Education are hereby waived.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the appropriate Borough Officials are to
take the necessary action to implement the terms of this resolution.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a copy of this Resolution be forwarded to
the Carteret CFO/Treasurer and Carteret Board of Education.
Adopted this 5th day of September, 2002
and certified as a tree copy of the
original on September 6, 2002.
