AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY
AMENDING SECTIONS 9381(B) AND 9391(B) OF
THE TEMPLE CITY ZONING CODE RELATING TO
MINIMUM LOT WIDTHS IN COMMERCIAL ZONES
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY DOES ORDAIN:
SECTION 1. That Paragraph B of Section 9381 of the Temple
City Zoning Code is hereby amended to read as follows:
"B. Lot Width. Each lot in the C -2 zone created after
the effective date hereof shall have a minimum lot width
of not less than 50 feet; provided, however, that such
minimum lot width shall not apply to any lot created as
part of a subdivision for a commercial shopping center
where reciprocal access easements are held over all or
a portion of said lot by all othear lots in such sub-
division."
SECTION 2. That Paragraph B of Section 9391 of the Temple
City Zoning Code is hereby amended to read as follows:
"B. Lot Width. Each lot in the C -3 zone created after
the effective date hereof shall have a minimum lot width
of not less than 50 feet; provided, however, that such
minimum lot width shall not apply to any lot, created as
part of a subdivision for a commercial shopping center
where reciprocal access easements are held over all or
a portion of said lot by all other lots in such sub-
division."
SECTION 3. The City Clerk of the City of Temple City shall
certify to the passage and adoption of this Ordinance and to its
approval by the Mayor and shall cause the same to be published
in the Temple City Times, a newspaper of general circulation,
printed, published and circulated in the City of Temple City.
APPROVED and ADOPTED this 7th da of October, 1975.

I, Chief Deputy City Clerk of the City of Temple City, do
hereby certify that the foregoing Ordinance, being Ordinance No.
75 -420, was introduced at a regular meeting of the City Council
of the City of Temple City, held on the 16th day of September,
1975, and was duly passed, approved and adopted by said Council,
approved and signed by the Mayor and attested by the City Clerk
at a regular meeting of the said City Council held on the 7th
day of October, 1975, by the following vote:
AYES: Councilmen- Dennis ,Greenberg,Merritt,Tyrell, Gilbertson
NOES: Councilmen- None
ABSENT: Councilmen- None
