AN ORDINANCE AMENDING AMENDED ORDINANCE NO.39-1988 (1989 SALARY ORDINANCE FOR
THE CITY OF RICHMOND, INDIANA FOR THE FISCAL YEAR BEGINNING JANUARY 1, 1989 AND
ENDING DECEMBER 31, 1989).
WHEREAS, Amended Ordinance No. 39-1988 established the various positions and salaries
for the officers and employees of the City of Richmond; and,
WHEREAS, the Common Council approved the positions and salaries as set forth in Amended
Ordinance No. 39-1988; and,
WHEREAS, it is now necessary to reflect the job position and salary changes for several
departments as set forth in Amended Ordinance No. 39-1988;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of Richmond, Indiana:
SECTION 1. That for the fiscal year beginning January 1,1989 and ending December 31,
1989 that the following positions be deleted from Amended Ordinance No. 39-
1988:
