A. Request to approve Minutes for January 16, 2020 Corporation Meeting.
B. Discussion, and request to approve Hub Cities Career Center 501 c (3) Corporation staff
report regarding designation of agent for requests for reimbursement for COVID-19
emergency and the following resolution items;
1. Emergency Acknowledgement Resolution,
2. Reimbursement Resolution and
3. the related Form Cal OES 130 "Designation of Applicant's Agent"
C. Receive and file City of South Gate Community Development Block Grant (CDBG)

Convergence Communications v. Hub Cities Career Center Corporation
The Board will hold a privileged discussion with General Counsel, Board and the staff present at
the Board meeting concerning Convergence Communications v. Hub Cities Career Center
Corporation, Los Angeles Superior Court Case 19NWCV00390.
