SUMMARY STATEMENT:
An application for a Planned Unit Development Preliminary Plan and Subdivision Preliminary Plat to construct 14 townhouse dwelling units on a 1.78-acre parcel.
During their regularly scheduled September 6, 2022, meeting, the McCall Area Planning & Zoning Commission held a properly noticed public hearing and unanimously recommended approval
of the subject application to the McCall City Council without a second hearing of the Commission. The Findings of Fact and Conclusions of Law document will be presented for approval
at a future meeting.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Conduct a Public Hearing
Approve PUD-22-01, SUB-22-05, DR-22-05 for Urban Design+Build as recommended by the McCall Area Planning & Zoning Commission and authorize the Mayor to sign all necessary documents.
