SUMMARY STATEMENT:
On September 22, 2022 the City Council adopted Ordinance 1013 regulating parking and snow removal in the City of McCall. The Council also reviewed the proposed fees and fines related
to Ordinance 1013 and directed staff to schedule a public hearing related to these fees. This public hearing, pursuant to Section 63-1311A, Idaho Code, is intended for the City Council
to hear testimony regarding the approval of Resolution 22-35 to adopt the new fees and fines related to Parking and Snow Removal Violations. of $225 to permit Short-term Rental Units.
A public Hearing notice was in the Star-News on October 6th and 13th.
Attached are the proposed fee, and Resolution 22-35.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Approve Resolution 22-35 adopting the City’s updated Comprehensive Fee Schedule reflecting the new fees and fines for parking and snow removal violations and authorize the Mayor to sign
all necessary documents.
