Direct staff to present the County with an emergency ordinance for their adoption to prohibit issuance of land use approvals and building permits for Cougar Island and prepare draft code language regulating wastewater and refuse disposal on the island for consideration by the McCall Area Planning & Zoning Commission which the City believes is necessary and prudent to protect the City’s drinking water source from the impacts of island development.
