The appellee is requesting to convert an existing attic into habitable living space. The attached memo provides the history of planning and building permit applications for the subject property. Also attached are documents submitted by both the appellant and the applicant.  RECOMMENDED ACTION: Conduct a public hearing. Vote to either uphold or overturn the approval of DR-22-10.
