SUMMARY STATEMENT:
During the July 14, 2022, McCall City Council meeting, the Council voted to uphold the McCall Area’s Planning and Zoning Commission’s decision to approve DR-22-10 for an alternative
parking plan to allow for the expansion of a nonconforming structure located at 607 Lick Creek Road. The attached Findings of Fact, Conclusions of Law, and Decision document reflects
this decision.
