The attached Findings of Fact, Conclusions of Law, and Decision document reflects this decision.  RECOMMENDED ACTION: Adopt the Findings of Fact, Conclusions of Law, and Decision for the Appeal of DR-22-10  RECORD OF COUNCIL ACTION  MEETING DATE ACTION  July 14, 2022 Council voted to uphold the decision of the McCall Area Planning & Zoning Commission
