SUMMARY STATEMENT:
The applicant for ROS-21-18 located at 1415 Warren Wagon Road is requesting that the City enter into easement agreements with the Mayor’s signature rather than utilizing the more common
declaration process. The City Attorney has reviewed the easement documents.
