SUMMARY STATEMENT:
The City of McCall entered into a Duct Occupancy Agreement in June of 2020. This agreement provides for lease payments to the City by Syringa Networks in exchange for occupancy in one
of 3 empty fiber conduits installed in the ground. The attached Addendum #2 is Exhibit A describing the additional route that Syringa would like to add to the existing agreement. The
lease payments will be adjusted accordingly. This will become an addendum to the Duct Use Agreement. This addendum has been reviewed by City Attorneys.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Approve Addendum #2 of the Syringa Networks Duct Occupancy Agreement to include additional footage between E. Park St, along the bike path, then east on Deinhard to Samson Trail and
authorize the Mayor to sign all documents.
