SUMMARY STATEMENT:
The Housing Advisory Committee (HAC) consists of five (5) voting members appointed by the City Council. The term of office for each appointive member shall be three (3) years. Each member
serves no more than 2 consecutive terms. Committee members need not be a resident of the City of McCall. Representation from housing and construction related professionals such real
estate, land use law, building and construction, architecture, finance and other related fields, is preferred. The current membership consists of Nick Zello (Chair), Pat Hill, Robert
Lyons, Diane Kushlan, and Toni Curtis.
The Chair will provide the City Council on efforts of the HAC from the past year and current initiatives.
