SUMMARY STATEMENT:
At the request of Council, staff has determined a fee and fine schedule for Parking and Snow Storage violations and process administration in relation to Ordinance ___ which, if approved,
will update McCall City Code Titles 4, 5 and 8 Related to Parking, Snow Removal Interference, and Snow Removal Services Regulations. A proposed fee schedule is attached for Council
to review and provide direction to staff.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Direct staff to schedule a public hearing and prepare a resolution to adopt the fees and fines related to Ordinance ____.
