SUMMARY STATEMENT:
The 2018 McCall Area Comprehensive Plan was adopted by the City of McCall and Valley County as the guiding plan for the area know as the “McCall Area” (City Limits and Impact Area).
The purpose of the Plan is to provide a set of guidelines for decision making to guide the future growth and development. This award-winning plan included two years of significant public
involvement and is often held up as an example of an excellent Comprehensive Plan. It is good practice to review the plan occasionally to reflect on what has been accomplished, what
is currently being worked on, and what still needs to be accomplished. Since the Plan sets the Vision and Goals for the future, it should be used when evaluating policies, programs,
and projects.
