THE CITY OF BEL AIRE, KANSAS
AN ORDINANCE EXTENDING THRRRlJ-'EfFls N6Y Tim FEDERAL SOCIAL SECURITY
ACT TO THE EMPLOYEES OF BEL AIRE PURSUANT TO K.S.A. 40-2301 et. seq.
AND AUTHORIZING THAT SUCH PLAN BE SUBMITTED.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE GOVERNING BODY OF THE CITY OF BEL AIRE
Section 1 The City of Bel Aire, Kansas hereby extends the benefits of
the Federal Social Security Act in conformity with the applicable provisions
of such act to the employees of the City, according to the provisions of K.S.A.
40-2301 et. seq. as amended, in accordance with and under the terms of the
plan. This plan shall be effective as January 1, 1982.
Section 2 The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to
prepare, execute and attest the plan for and in behalf of the City and to
submit such plan to the State agency.
