APPOINTING CLASS 3 MEMBER TO THE PLANNING
BOARD OF THE BOROUGH OF CARTERET
YHEREAS, there exists a need for a Class llI Member of the Planning Board; and
NHEREAS, pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40:55 D-23 and the Code of the Borough of Carteret, Article 2,
;ection 160-5, said member is appointed by the Borough Counci!.
gOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that
DANIEL REIHAN
hereby appointed to the Carteret Planning Board, term to expire 12/31/01.
