AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF TEMPLE CITY DECLARING ITS INTENTION AND
DESIRE TO HAVE CERTAIN TERRITORY WITHIN ITS
BOUNDARIES ANNEXED TO THE CONSOLIDATED FIRE
PROTECTION DISTRICT OF LOS ANGELES COUNTY
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY DOES ORDAIN
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The City Council of the City of Temple City hereby
finds that said City has within it, certain territory hereinafter
described which is adjacent to the Consolidated Fire Protection
District of Los Angeles County, The City County further finds that
on October 28, 1975, the Los Angeles County Board of Supervisors by
order approved the proposed annexation of said territory as here-
inafter described located within the boundaries of the City of
Temple City to the Consolidated Fire Protection District of Los
Angeles County pursuant to a previous request of the City Council
of the City of Temple City.
SECTION 2. That said boundaries of said territory entirely
within the City of Temple City and proposed to be annexed to the
Consolidated Fire Protection District are as described in Exhibit "A ".
SECTION 3. The City Council of the City of Temple City by and
on behalf of said City hereby declares its intention and desire to
have said territory embraced and included within said district and
said City does hereby declare that said territory as described be
annexed to District.
SECTION 4. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of
this Ordinance and cause the same to be published in the manner
required by law, and said Ordinance shall take effect 30 days after
final passage. The City Clerk is further directed to file a certified
copy of this Ordinance with the Board of Supervisors of Los Angeles
County, the county within which said City and territory are located.
APPROVED and ADOPTED this 6th day of January , 1976.

I, Chief Deputy City Clerk of the City of Temple City, do hereby
certify that the foregoing Ordinance, being Ordinance No. 75 -427, was
introduced at a regular meeting of the City Council held on the 16th
day of December , 1975, and was duly passed, approved and adopted
by said Council, approved and signed by the Mayor and attested by the
City Clerk at a regular meeting of the said City Council held on the
6th day of January , 1976, by the following vote:
AYES: Councilmen- Dennis, Greenberg ,Merritt,Tyrell,Gilbertson
NOES: Councilmen- None
ABSENT: Councilmen- None
