ORDINANCE NO. 76 -433
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY
AMENDING SECTION 5314 OF THE TEMPLE CITY
MUNICIPAL CODE (AS RECODIFIED) RELATING
TO PUBLIC SEWERS
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY DOES ORDAIN
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That Section 5314 of the Temple City Municipal
Code is hereby amended to delete therefrom any reference to the
peak flow for automobile washes and providing that the City
Engineer shall determine an appropriate flow rate for such uses.
SECTION 2, The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption
of this Ordinance.
ADOPTED and APPROVED this 2nd day of March , 1976,

I, Chief Deputy City Clerk of the City of Temple City, do
hereby certify that the foregoing Ordinance, being Ordinance No.
76 -433, was introduced at a regular meeting of the City Council
of the City of Temple City, held on the 17th day of February ,
1976, and was duly passed, approved and adopted by said Council,
- approved and signed by the Mayor and attested by the City Clerk
at a regular meeting of the said City Council held on the 2nd
day of March , 1976, by the following vote:
AYES: Councilmen- Dennis, Greenberg, Merritt, Gilbertson
NOES: Councilmen =None
ABSENT: Councilmen- Tyrell
