1. Call to Order: A quorum of the Planning Commission was not present at 7:00 p.m.
for this optional Training Session, and the meeting was not called to order.
Present: Planning Commissioner Robin Reid
Absent• Planning Commissioners Charles Nolan, John Anderson, Kent Williams,
Beth Nielsen, Victoria Reid, and Kathleen Martin
Also Present: City Planner Dusty Finke

Those present left at 7:18 p.m. without a quorum being established or the meeting being
called to order.
