Mayor ATTEST: / ✓ !Cf/iiliL.Cr ce City Cle —_ INTER -OFFICE MEMO DATE: December 1, 1989 TO: Common Council FROM: Dan Dooley SUBJECT: Amendment of 1990 Salary Ordinance - Ordinance No. 82-1989 COPY TO: Marge Sweet The Planning Department is requesting that the 1990 Salary Ordinance be amended in regard to two positions in the Department. These two positions are presently occupied by Phil Craft and Phil Wages and are classified as PAT III. The amendment requests that the positions be changed to PAT II. It was intended that this change take place in the original Salary Ordinance passed by Council earlier this year, but was overlooked. It has been necessary to change the duties associated with these two positions in order for the Department to keep up with the significant increase in new construction in the City. The requested amendment will not require any additional money in the Department's budget for 1990, as the budget was passed anticipating this change. DISPOSITION OF ORDINANCE NO.
