Absent Werkman. Buseman moved to approve the minutes of the February regular meeting. Eilderts seconded the motion. All ayes, carried. Nederhoff moved to approve the Treasurer’s Report for February. Buseman seconded the motion. All ayes, carried. Nederhoff moved to approve the following bills for payment. Eilderts seconded the motion. All ayes, carried. At 8:00 p.m. the Mayor declared that this was the time and the place for the Public Hearing for the Proposed FY 2013 Budget. Being there were no oral or written objections the Mayor declared the Public Hearing Closed at 8:02 p.m. Van Heiden moved that we approve Resolution 03-2012 a resolution approving the FY 2013 Budget. Nederhoff seconded the motion. Roll call of votes. All ayes, carried. Van Heiden moved that we approve the liquor licenses for Casey’s General Store and Meadowbrook Golf Course. Buseman seconded the motion. All ayes, carried. Eilderts moved that we adjourn the meeting. Nederhoff seconded the motion. All ayes, carried. Wendy Lage, City Clerk
