A RESOLUTION APPROVING A ONE -TIME PAYMENT DUE TO EXTENDED WORK
HOURS THAT WERE FOR OVER AND ABOVE NORMAL WORKLOAD
Whereas, The City has acknowledged that Michon Jackson has spent several months
working extended work hours that were over and above the normal workload
requirements, and;
Now, therefore be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Tiffin, Iowa to approve
the one -time payment of $6,000 reduced by applicable withholdings for taxes, etc. due
to the above mentioned circumstances to be payable in December 2012.
On the 12th day of December, 2012, at a regular meeting of the Tiffin City Council, Tiffin,
Iowa, Councilperson Kahler introduced Resolution No. 2012 -81, A RESOLUTION
APPROVING A ONE -TIME PAYMENT DUE TO EXTENDED WORK HOURS THAT
WERE FOR OVER AND ABOVE NORMAL WORKLOAD and made a motion for
approval. Motion seconded by Councilperson Ryan.
Ayes: Ryan, Kahler, Bartels, Upton
Nays: Phillips
Absent: None
Whereupon four Council members were present and voted approval and Mayor Berner
declared that the Resolution No. 2012 -81, A RESOLUTION APPROVING A ONE-
TIME PAYMENT DUE TO EXTENDED WORK HOURS THAT WERE FOR OVER AND
ABOVE NORMAL WORKLOAD to be adopted and signified his approval of the same
by affixing his signature thereto.
Passed by the City Council on the 12th day of December, 2012.
