AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY
EXTENDING INTERIM ORDINANCE NO. 75 -424
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY DOES ORDAIN:
SECT "ION 1. Pursuant to the provisions of Section 65858 of
the Government Code of the State of California, and following
a public hearing held with respect thereto in the manner pro-
vided by law, City Council does hereby extend Ordinance 75 -424
for an additional period of 60 days.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk of the City of Temple City shall
certify to the passage and adoption of this Ordinance as an
urgency ordinance and to its approval by the Mayor and shall
cause the same to be published in the Temple City Times, a news-
paper of general circulation, printed, published and circulated
in the City of Temple City.
APPROVED and ADOPTED this 2nd day of March, 1976.

I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Ordinance, being Ordinance
No. 76 -434, was introduced as an urgency ordinance at a regular
meeting of the City Council of the City of Temple City, held on
the 2nd day of March, 1976, and was duly passed, approved and
adopted by said Council, approved and signed by the Mayor and
attested by the City Clerk by the following vote of the Council:
AYES: Councilmen- Dennis, Greenberg, Merritt, Gilbertson
NOES: Councilmen- None
ABSENT: Councilmen- Tyrell
