A RESOLUTION AMENDING THE SPECIFICATION FOR A SHELTER IN
BICENTENNIAL PARK
WHEREAS, Bicentennial Park(the"Park") in the City of Riverdale (the"City") is in need of
certain improvements; and
WHEREAS,the City Council approved the Shelter Project by Resolution 2008-08, and since
construction has commenced on the Shelter Project, a need has arisen to amend the specifications
for the Shelter Project.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Riverdale, Iowa,the
City resolution 2008-08 is amended to reflect the amended specifications that are attached hereto
for the Shelter Project and the City Clerk is authorized to enter into a written agreement with
Mahler Concrete &Excavating to reflect the changed specifications.
This Resolution shall take immediate effect.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED THIS 17`1 day of June, 2008.
