A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE BID OF $32,137.50 FROM MAHLER
CONCRETE & EXCAVATING FOR SEWER INTAKE REPLACEMENT AND
JOINT REPAIR ON BELLINGHAM ROAD
WHEREAS,the sewers on Bellingham Road are becoming damaged due to their
location; and
WHEREAS,moving the location of the sewers to the side of the road is in the City's best
interest.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED,by the City Council of the City of Riverdale,
Iowa,that the City shall accept the bid of$32,137.50 from Mahler Concrete &
Excavating for sewer intake replacement and joint repair.
This resolution shall take immediate effect.
ADOPTED this 16th day of October 2007.

A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE BID OF $32,137.50 FROM MAHLER
