AN ORDINANCE OF THE TOWIT C0101ISSION OF THE TOWN OF GITIZ STREAM, PALM BEACH COU NTY, FLORIDA PROVIDING FOR A TOWN PLANNING BOARD; AND PROVIDING FOR THE APPOINTEWM OF ITS MEMBERS BY THE OMI0D PRESCRIBING THE PG4IERS AND DU �IESOFTET0 PI�� Ilt BOARD. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE TOW MISSION OF THE TOWN OF GULF STREAM, FLORIDA: SFCTIOTI.OIIE• That there is hereby created a Town Planning Board of the Town of Gulf Stream, Florida, which Board shall be composed of four (4) members, who shall serve without compensation all of whom shall own improved real estate within the Town, and shall reside therein at least three (3) months of each year. The,Iembers of the Town Planning Board, and the Chairman thereof, shall be appointed by the `town Commission end each Member all serve for a term of three (3) years- Any member of the To Planning Board shall be subject to removal from office by the Town Commission for good cause. The Town Planning Board shall have -power to adopt its own rules of procedure, and to make regulations for the submission to it of all matters within its jurisdiction.
