AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY
AMENDING SECTIONS 3323 AND 3326 OF THE
TEMPLE CITY MUNICIPAL CODE
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY DOES ORDAIN:
SECTION 1. Section 3323 of the Temple City Municipal Code
is hereby amended to read as follows:
Section 3323. Fees.
The investigation and permit fees required-by Section
3323 shall be such as may be from time to time established
by the City Council. All applications for renewal of an
all -night parking permit for a second or subsequent cal-
endar year shall be reinvestigated prior to issuance of
the permit and a renewal permit shall be issued only if it
is established that adequate off- street parking is still
unobtainable and that the applicant has made reasonable
efforts to obtain off - street parking during the calendar
year immediately prior to that in which the application
for renewal of the all -night parking permit is made.
SECTION :.2: Section 3326 of the Temple City Municipal Code
is hereby amended to read as follows:
Section 3326. Refunds.
There shall be a refund in such amounts as may be from
time to time established by the City Couhcil to each appli-
cant whose application for an all -night parking permit is
denied by the Traffic Commission and by the City Council,
if said applicant should appeal the denial of the Traffic
Commission to the City Council and the City Council should
deny applicant's appeal. Said refund shall be payable
eleven days following the receipt by applicant of notice
of denial from the Traffic Commission or ten days following
the denial by the City Council, if there be an appeal.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this
Ordinance and shall cause the same to be published as required by law.

certify that the foregoing Ordinance, being Ordinance No. 76 -442,, was
introduced at a regu_ar meeting of the City Council of the City of
Temple City, held on the 4th day of January, 1977, and was duly passed,
approved.and adopted by said Council, approved and signed by the Mayor
and attested by the City Clerk at a regular meeting held on the 18th day
of January, 1977, by the following vote:
AYES: Councilmen - Gilbertson, Merritt, Tyrell, Greenberg
NOES: •Councilmen -None
ABSENT: Councilmen- Dennis
