AUTHORIZING VARIOUS CONTRACTORS TO PERFORM
REHABILITATION OF HOMES PURSUANT TO COUNCIL ON
AFFORDABLE HOUSING (COAH) REGULATIONS
WHEREAS, the Borough of Carteret has received certain money to Regional
Contribution Agreements (RCA) funds; and
WHEREAS, the Borough is undertaking an extensive scattered site rehabilitation
program to utilize said RCA funds; and
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor and Council of the
Borough of Carteret do hereby approve the following amounts for the work to be
performed by various contractors:
Readington Account Contractor Not to Exceed
94 Ash Street J. Pappas $17,910.00
121 Whitman Street B. Borrero $17,160.00
62 Hickory Street B. McMahon $16,170.00
133 Edgar Street B. Borrero
29 Laurel Street B. Borrero $ 1,495.00
101 Frederick Street Ask My Wife $ 630.00
Adopted this 3rd day of October 2002
and certified as a tree copy of the
original on October 4th, 2002.
