CITY OF RICHMOND, INDIANA
RESOLUTION 2 -2013
WHEREAS, a Resolution is required to fix salaries and wages for all appointed officers and
employees of the Richmond Stormwater Department of Richmond, Indiana, for
the calendar year beginning January 1, 2014 and ending December 31, 2014.
WHEREAS, the compensation fixed herein may not be increased during the budget year for
which it is fixed but may be reduced by the Director for each appointive officer
and employee (with the exception of Board Members).
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Stormwater Management
of Richmond, Indiana, that the following appointed officers and employees of the Sanitary Department of
Richmond, Indiana shall receive not more than the following salaries and wages for the calendar year beginning
Janurary 1, 2014 and ending December 31st, 2014.

TEMPORARY, PART -TIME OR SEASONAL
In addition to the positions set forth above, the Board of Stormwater Management may authorize temporary,
part -time or seasonal employees provided that there are funds in the budget. The Board of Sanitary Commissioners
shall set compensation for these employees within the range from $7.85 to $15.00 per hour.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that such salary and hourly rates be provided for, as herein set forth, in the budget
for the Stormwater Department of Richmond, Indiana, for the calendar year beginning January 1, 2014 and ending
December 31 st, 2014. In addition to the above salaries (with the exception of Board Members) employees shall be
entitled to the same fringe benefits and additional compensation as set forth within the City of Richmond Policy
Manual or as stated in negotiated contracts.
