ORDINANCE NO. 77 -446
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF TEMPLE CITY ADDING NEW SUBPARAGRAPH (d) TO
SECTION 9332(1), 9351(1) and 9361(1) OF THE
TEMPLE CITY ZONING CODE RELATING TO THE PARK-
ING OF COMMERCIAL VEHICLES ON RESIDENTIAL
PROPERTIES
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY DOES ORDAIN:
SECTION 1. The City Council of the City of Temple City
does hereby find, determine and declare:
(a) That a new Subparagraph (d) reading as follows, is
hereby added to Sections 9332(1), 9351(1) and 9361(1) of the
Temple City Zoning Code:
"(d) No vehicle which is registered for commer-
cial purposes pursuant to the applicable provisions
of. the Vehicle Code of the State of California and
which exceeds four tons in unladen gross weight shall
be parked or left standing on any part of any "R" zoned
property other than in an enclosed garage, in excess of
thirty consecutive minutes unless actual loading or
unloading is in progress on said property."
SECTION 2. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption
of this Ordinance and shall cause the same to be published as
provided by law.
APPROVED and ADOPTED this 15th day of March, 1977.

I, Chief Deputy City Clerk of the City of Temple City, do
hereby certify, that the foregoing Ordinance, being Ordinance
No. 77 -446, was introduced at the regular meeting of the City
Council held on the 1st day of March, 1977, and was duly passed,
approved and adopted by said Council, approved and signed by
the Mayor and attested by the City Clerk at a regular meeting
of the City Council held on the 15th day of March, 1977, by the
following vote:
AYES: Councilmen- Dennis, Gilbertson ,Merritt,Tyrell,Greenberg
NOES: Councilmen -None
ABSENT: Councilmen -None
