With our corporate headquarters located right here in Ponte Vedra, Florida, we are focusing our attention on our home state. We are currently in the process of researching all the Counties and Municipalities located in Florida in hopes to identify opportunities to potentially service them in the future. Pursuant to Article I, section 24 of the Florida Constitution, and chapter 119, F.S., I am requesting an opportunity to obtain copies of public records that your solid waste contracts including but not limited to residential and /or commercial collection, disposal and recycling services. Included within these documents, I ask you to include all addendums and attachments that reference house count (unit count) and current rates, as well as the annual expenses for these services. If you do not contract out these services to a private company, please describe how these services are met within your government. If there are any fees for searching or copying these records, please inform me before filling my request. I can best be reached at the phone number or email listed below. A hard copy of this request has been mailed to you in addition to this email request. Should you deny my request, or any part of the request, please state in writing the basis for the denial, including the exact statutory citation authorizing the denial as required by s. 119.07(1)(d), F.S.
